Ceramic spheres are produced by fusing powders in a stream of high-frequency low-temperature plasma. We extrude spheres of white electrocorundum, fused quartz, mullite, zircon. Spherized powders have extensive applications. Due to its shape it is actively used as a filler in rubber, silicones, polymers and plastics to improve the fireproof and strength characteristics of products. Can be used as a ceramic fraction for processing metals (aluminum, stainless steel), glass matting and the like.
